OPEN STUDIO - TRANSFER/REFUND POLICY FOR CLASSES

Open Studio

Open Studio, when scheduled upon availability, is $10 per hour. Members must be enrolled in a class to participate in Members' Open Studio. If the member is no currently participating in a class, has taken a class within the past 30 days, or is enrolled in a class that begins in the next 30 days, Members' Open Studio is $50 per hour. Members are required to pre-register and pay prior to use.

Members' Open Studio is defined as: A studio area that a member can use for personal or professional art related projects. It may not be used for individual or group instructions or storage of personal equipment or canvases. Due to liability issues, all models, either used during open studio or during regular scheduled classes, must be registered with the Education Department before working on the premises.

Individual rentals must be booked through our Education Department at 239-262-6517 x104.

Transfer/Refund Policy for Classes:

All transfers will incur a $10 transfer fee.

There will be a 25% fee for any cancellation received less than 7 days prior to the start of the course, a 50% fee for any cancellation on the first day of the course and no refund once the course has completed its second lesson.
