All students who have taken a class or workshop at Naples Art during the 2019-20 class sessions (October 2019 to the present) are invited to submit one artwork completed during the class session time period for the Emerging Talents: Student Spotlight Exhibition awards judging and jury process. Membership in Naples Art is not required for participation. The non-refundable entry fee is $5.

Each February in Naples, artists paint the wonderful buildings, original cottages, fountains, plazas, and courtyards of the Third Street South area including the beaches, the Pier, Crayton Cove and the City Docks which surround it. Just days later their freshly created artworks are exhibited, awards are assigned, and the art is auctioned to the highest bidders to benefit a local non-profit and the artists. Artists create one original work of art outdoors for the fundraising auction. Each artist is free to choose the subject matter, media and technique that best represents their own style. Naples Art produces and directs the annual Jade N. Riedel Scholarship Program which is open to juniors and seniors attending Collier County High Schools. Scholarships for art classes at the college level are awarded by Naples Art and The Ringling College of Art and Design.
