This simple form of yoga focuses on basic poses and breathing techniques and is grounded in practical techniques, alignment, and expansive sequences that will connect classical yoga postures, awareness of breath, and inner focus to create dynamic and intuitive flows for healing and renewal.

Coyle-Veren’s lighthearted and playful approach encourages students to encounter their edge with awareness and joy.
