Yoga at the NAA

Join us for Yoga at the NAA with Elizabeth Coyle-Veren – a highly-regarded, local yoga instructor, every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. – Yoga at the NAA is taught on the basic principles of Hatha Yoga, a simple form of yoga that focuses on basic poses and breathing techniques and is grounded in practical techniques, alignment, and expansive sequences that will connect classical yoga postures, awareness of breath, and inner focus to create dynamic and intuitive flows for healing and renewal. The cost to participate in Yoga at the NAA is $12 per person and there is no extra charge for drop-ins.
