Yoga At The NAA
Yoga at the NAA is led by Elizabeth Coyle-Veren – a highly-regarded, local yoga instructor – every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. beginning November 7, 2017.
Yoga at the NAA will be taught on the basic principles of Hatha Yoga, which is a simple form of yoga that focuses on basic poses and breathing techniques. Simple, pure yoga grounded in practical techniques, alignment, and expansive sequences that will connect classical yoga postures, awareness of breath, and inner focus to create dynamic and intuitive flows for healing and renewal is the goal of Yoga at the NAA.
Coyle-Veren is a certified Kripalu instructor with over 18 years teaching experience. Her teaching style focuses on building the relationship between body awareness, breath, structural alignment, and spiritual insight. Coyle-Veren’s lighthearted and playful approach encourages students to encounter their edge with awareness and joy.
The cost to participate in Yoga at the NAA is $12 per person and there is no extra charge for drop-ins. Attendees are asked to bring their own yoga mats, as there aren’t any available at the center.
