Since 1954, we have been committed to making art education accessible to everyone. The Arts Heal program provides art enrichment opportunities to marginalized groups of individuals in our community. Of the 500 participants Arts Heal reaches annually, each individual receives their arts education for free. Arts Heal makes it possible for people of all backgrounds to access the healing and transformative power of the arts.

Arts Heal has provided free visual art programming to hundreds of adults and children through their local community centers, foundations, and behavioral health centers at absolutely no cost. Current programming includes classes, workshops, and art therapy sessions that cater to the specific needs of each group.

What?

Arts Heal aims to provide a safe and inclusive space where individuals from diverse backgrounds can explore, express, and heal through various forms of artistic expression. By fostering artistic skills and encouraging self-expression, Arts Heal strives to build resilience, boost self-esteem, and promote emotional well-being among participants.

Why?

Arts Heal currently serves the following sponsors and partners- Park Royal Behavioral Health Services, STARability Foundation, Guadalupe Center, The Immokalee Foundation, Lighthouse of Collier: Center for Blindness & Vision Loss, and Judy Sullivan Family Resource Center. At each of these sites, Naples Art Institute provides high-quality arts programming developed to suit the individual needs of the populations served there.
